Tonight I spoke about porn a lot, whoops.
Today
1 x Chicken and rocket salad on Whole grain Helga circular bread (about the size of my palm)
1 x Coke Zero
1 x Chicken and rocket salad with apple.
1.5 hours of exercise
1 x Slim fast shake
Not bad but no wonder models live off Coke and Cigarettes.
